Normálně používám připojení přes USB. Lze ji připojit i přes ethernet rozhraní. Je záhodno nainstalovat DHCP server, který přidělí tiskárně IP adresu. Jinak má ta tiskárna (alespoň ta moje) IP adresu 169.254.172.88. Potom ji jako
root nainstaluji přes YaST:YaST -> Hardware -> Printer Printer configuration -> Add -> Network printers -> Print Directly... -> Direct TCP...a zadat IP adresu a provést test. Pak obvyklým způsobem nainstalovat ovladač.
Spotřeba
Počítač a CRT monitor ve vypnutém stavu, ale zapojeny do zásuvky, cca 5W. V provozu pak, podle zátěže, 180W až 215W.
